While you were experiencing this, could you move your body? It might be sleep paralysis. Or if not, it could be hypnopompic hallucinations – hallucinations we sometimes get upon waking up. Which is opposite to hypnagogic hallucinations which we get when we are falling asleep. These hallucinations can take form visually, or auditorily, or pretty much all senses. Rest assured it is all in your mind, and it cannot harm you in reality. |

its crazy you mentioned the not being able to move your body thing, because that EXACT thing happens to me as well. And no one; my girlfriend, mother, or any siblings, or friends believe me! |

Exactly that, also when I had a temperature. Really is frightening at the time, also for the people around who just hear me shouting and screaming. |
