Exclamation I don't seem to dream anything? What to do?!

I have for 3-4 days now not been able to recall anything from my dream. Nothing. I wake up and completely empty. So my first step towards lucis dreaming must be to actually recall them. I have for a month now written my dreams down, and I have a couple of them, but the last few days I don't seem to recall anything.

So I'm an early riser. Could waking up early have some relation to the problem?

Do you have any tips? I could need them!
      Thanks

If you're waking up with an alarm and not taking a few moments to recall your dreams before you open your eyes then waking up early could be the issue.

I would suggest allowing yourself enough time for your rest period that you can wake up close to naturally and have enough time to lounge for five or ten minutes and recall your dreams. A schedule without that time is less likely to allow you good dream recall.

Repot back with greater detail about your sleeping routine.

I like to wake up early so I go to bed at 21.30 PM and wake up at 4.30 AM.
I'll give it a try, maybe I can go to bed even earlier

Mel has some great advice. I would also like to add that when you first wake up, try not to get up right away. Stay still or with minimal movement. Also, try not to look around at things too much. Don't think about the things you have to do today, because every new thought can push back the older ones. If you have some recurring elements in your previously recorded dreams, try to think if they were in this dream, as some dreams tend to have repeating scenes or objects.

      Good luck

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Dream recall fluctuates, sometimes for no apparent reason. It's normal, and you will start remembering them again in a day or two. The more you think about your dreams, more dreams you will have and remember them.

But alcohol, pot, stress, and some other things may slow down or stop your dreams or the recall.
