I was about to say, your natural sleep cycle looks like a WBTB which is what some people who want to remember their dreams strive for. My partner is like you, except he works during the day. He gets up at 5:30 am, works all day, goes to sleep around 9 pm, and gets up at 11, goes back down within a minute or so, wakes up again at 12-1 am, stays up an hour or so, wakes up again around 4, gets most of his restful sleep between 3 am and 5 am. Its the wee hours when the veil is the thinnest...that stir him up the most. Its just that his mind is so busy he cant sleep for longer than 1-2 hours a spurt, so he suffers from constant dreams, and he would give anything to not remember them because they are always nightmares. But hes learning to recognize when hes aware. He's been reading the education material found at this site that I downloaded
