Question

Last night I went into SP for 9000th time. God i love how it feels lol.
Anyway, the problem I have is transitioning. I can't seem to fall asleep while in SP. I ignore what's going on and just stare at the back of my eyelids hoping I'll fall asleep, but no luck. Last night was sort of strange, I entered SP and then I decided to stay in it for as long as I could until I fell asleep. Instead of falling asleep, I only went deeper and deeper and deeper into SP. I also saw a really big flash of light, it was all white and bright. But that was it. Nothing after that. Could anyone give me tips on how to transition correctly? Thanks.

Are you sure you weren't asleep already, did you RC?
Also, maybe you are focusing too much on SP, and thats keeping you awake?

Yes, I did a RC twice. I broke out of SP and tried it, didn't work.
That's what I'm thinking, maybe I am too focused on SP? But it doesn't seem like it. I ignored it last night and I still couldn't fall asleep. Idk >_<

Please tell me you didn't focus on ignoring it, focusing too much on something may be the problem.

well I also tried imagining some things that might help me enter the dream, like imagining I was sliding down the worlds biggest slide, sliding down a giant snow mountain, running really fast, riding a bike, riding a jet ski, jumping really far, etc. None of it worked. I also tried letting my mind just run freely, didn't work either.
