Dream "Foresight", Occured With Anyone Else?

I do not know if this is the correct place to post this, nor if there is already a topic on such. (Sorry in advance, heh.)

Let me cut to the chase: Predictive dreams. Ever since I was little, my dreams seemed to kind of intertwine with what would happen in my waking life. Let me elaborate a little, hah.

i.e. I would have a dream about a certain place or person, without ever having seen this person, or met them, or even been to a place or seen a person who resembles them/it in the slightest; then sometime in my waking life, be it a few days or even years, I'll see the exact-same place and/or person I had encountered in my dreams. Sometime I even dream of future occurences, very specific, which give me an intense feeling of Deja Vu in waking life. (But, that's a different topic.)

I take in the account of the possibility of seeing this before and not remembering, having it show up in my dreams- but that doesn't convince me.

Is this normal for people to have? Does it have to anyone else? Ideas, Help, Answers welcome.

      Much appreciated, -Jay

Sounds like precognitive dreams. Cool. Have you ever been able to use it to your advantage? Or would that be hard to do, because you just never know which dream is precognitive?

      Precognitive dreams.. Alright, thanks. ^^

Well, I wish I could use it to my advantage. The thing is, I can't really predict which dreams are precognitive, because they're very similar to other non-lucid dreams in terms of clarity/feel. It just hits me in waking life with a tidal wave of Deja Vu that leaves me amazed with my dreams.

Has anyone ever been able to use this to their advantage? If so, I'd certainly be intrested in knowing how.

I've sort of had these kind of dreams. While I don't really dream of events that happen in clarity, I seem to dream about a certain topic/subject and then on numerous occasions something relating to the topic I dreamed about happens.

It actually saved my life once and I too have a lot of those.
