Exclamation i THINK i may have experienced some kind of sleep phenomena today... can you explain this to me?!?!?

ok so im lying on my bed so then i went into a half awake state... kind a like dreaming while i was awake. here is dream
there is a baby just floating in the water in a pool so then the baby's mom turns the baby over and then there was a scary face that scared mostly the hell out of me, next thing i here voices like someone's shivering like you know huhuhuh like that so im screaming but of course, i couldn't hear myself so then the picture and everything just vanishes and im in my bed with my eyes open, i couldn't breath or move then after a while i was able to move. it wasn't sleep paralysis cause i didn't feel anything on my chest, and there were no hallucinations. can someone explain this to me? i'm scared to go to sleep... ._.

It sounds like a bad dream which woke you up into sleep paralysis. SP doesn't have to have a heavy chest nor hallucinations, those are just common side effects. The dream was just an odd one, albeit a bit freaky, and then you simply woke up. What did you do after you woke up from this? Did you go back to sleep, continue on with you day, or immediately post this? If the last is true, don't be scared to go to sleep. There's nothing that can hurt you and the worst is a nightmare. If you relax once you wake up and just take a few deep breaths you should be able to move freely and then go back to sleep or stay awake.

Have you ever thought of using a smaller signature? I mean, it's huge and has nothing useful in it...
