First you have to decide why you feel it's important you tell him about the dream. |

Hey guys, sorry if the title is confusing, but anyways there's friend of mine who I had a dream about, and anyways in this dream, he basically rejected me completely, he said that he had no interest of being friends with me or anything else, he didn't want to be friends with me or have anything to with me, and that he didn't even like me as a friend or whatever, and anyways I'm planning on talking to him on the phone tonight (or whenever I can, and it's not just for this reason) and I was wondering how exactly I should go about talking to him about this, I don't wanna weird him out but I'd still like to talk to him about this dream, anyways I don't know what else to say, so thanks! |

First you have to decide why you feel it's important you tell him about the dream. |

Dreams usually reflect the deeper aspects of our subconscious. What were you going to originally talk to him about tonight? It seems that for whatever reason you have a fear of him rejecting you or a fear of losing him. And also as Gab said there is probably a deeper reason why you feel the need to tell him this dream. Get to the root cause and then go from there. |

When you dream about people you know it usually isn't actually about them at all - they're just symbols your subconscious uses. What's that person's defininig characteristic? If you had to describe him in one sentence or just a few how would you do it? Now think about this aspect of yourself - the dream might have been using him to represent this aspect of you. Or it could have just been an exaggeration of some sense of being rejected that you're afraid of - not necessarily by him but in general. |

Well (which I probably should've mentioned this before) I had this drean awhile back, and I didn't originally plan to talk to him about it, at all, but I did change my mind, anyways there's a lot of other reasons why I wanna talk to him, not just that, but I don't think I'll mentiob those here, they're very personal. |
