I've had those, it can be so discombobulating. I've had the false awakenings where I'd wake up several times in the same bed, but different times of day, others were Inception like. Reality checks can be your friend. |

I remember a few nights ago, I had this dream where something happened to jump out at me and scared me awake(can't remember what). I woke up in my bed thought the dream was weird so I got up to go to my kitchen. I reached my bedroom door then suddenly woke up again. |

Do some RC's every morning and things will change. |

Man that's wild and I've been doing RCs but I forget to do them regularly throughout the day. |

i often experience chains of false awakenings - very frustrating! the worst is when you do something terrible in a dream, and, waking up, you reassure yourself that you were just dreaming -- but it's a false awakening and the consequences of your dream actions follow you. |

I've personally never had a dream with in a dream more than four times, but I agree with the others in saying that you should do reality checks daily . Good luck. |

I've been getting them more a lot lately and it's very confusing and scary. Lately I've dreamed up full realistic conversations with my boyfriend only to wake up 10 minutes later and ask him if that really happened or if the conversation occurred. It's unsettling at times. |
