Why has this change happened to me? Does it happen to a lot of people?

      Well hello there!

So I love dreaming. It's really fun and I can remember the dreams I have every night and I am naturally a vivid dreamer.

But recently I am able to have lucid dreams every night. This has been going on for a few months now and I am not saying it is a bad thing, but I was never able to do this before. I do not even have to try anything, I just go into a dream and once I am in a dream my mouth automatically shouts "I AM DREAMING". I do not even try to say it, my mouth literally has it's own brain.

But I want to know why this has happened to me? Is this the sort of thing to happens to a lot of people?

there was a point a few months ago when I had sleep paralysis and that gave me a good scare for a few weeks but eventually I got used to it and had a few lucid dreams and then the sleep paralysis just went away and I do not have them anymore. the lucid dreams stopped after my sleep paralysis stopped but then it just started again without the need of paralysis.

Lucid dreaming is a sign that you have Spiritually Advanced to a state that you can handle it. I have had a few times of lucid dreaming but it's not a common occurance for me although I know people who only dream this way. Given the fact that you are travelling on the Astral Plane when you lucid dreaming, perhaps take Great Care to spiritually protect yourself from astral forces who are not Lightworkers. Just as you would protect yourself and be smart walking down the street in a big city, have the same awareness in dream time. A Prayer of Protection before dreamtime is important to make sure you are protected and shielded from beings that are not pleasant. I would get some books and study all you can about Lucid Dreaming.

Hey Alid123, most people wound consider frequent lucid dreams a positive development. Congratulations!

I suspect that the spirituality of lucid dreaming is determined by the nature of each person, and on this forum we try to help people understand they have nothing to fear from lucid dreaming. Everything you experience is inside your head, in your own dreamworld, and the only harm you can ever experience is a scary dream created by your own mind. With lucid dreaming you gain control over these elements and can even dispel frightening imagery.

Since you have a wealth of lucid dreams at your fingertips my suggestion would be sharing your experiences with others. People here love to read about lucid dreams, and you can find many posted in the Lucid Experiences section of the forum.

You might also consider starting a Dream Journal on the forum. People can read your dreams and share experiences or offer feedback. It's a great way to encourage more control.

      Pleasant dreams!

      Hey! Thank you

I would start a dream journal but all my lucid dreams are not really that good. I am either in my house messing around or in some other building I know. I try to do many things like fly and teleport but nothing every works! The most I can do is 'spawn' objects and items and make trees explode from the ground. Nothing interesting every happens and I don't know how to make it more fun :/

But howcome I have suddenly just been able to know im dreaming all the time, before I would just dream normally.
