Paralyzed in Dream

Ive experienced SP all my life, but rather than false awakenings being paralyzed ill wake up, move around, se somethig scary (a demon, creature, or intruder in the house) and when i either try to confront it or run away i cant move, but theother thing is talking, mocking me. But not moving, just standing there. I cant talk unless its at a whisper, anything louder and my throat feels clogged up. After a few minutes i wake up paralyzed, but i can move my arms, legs and head slowly and have to try with everything i have to move. Has this happened to anyone else?

Haven't had this particular experience personally, but i have heard that many people have similar experiences in nightmares.

I ocationaly get this actually although i don't wake up in SP, it will just be in a dream i wont be able to move when i most want to

I don't think you're experiencing actual SP...but this is my opinion.

Scary dream elements are common, particularly in the awkward stages between deep sleep and being fully awake. You're still experiencing dream elements and basically still asleep.

Many people experience similar situations over time, especially while younger than 25.
