Post How long does it take for dreaming supplements to react or show some changes?

Okay so, I have bought some supplements to aid in lucid dreaming. now what i bought was,
      - Vitamin B-6[/U] (100mg) or sometimes (200mg)
      - Melatonin (3mg)

Now I know those supplements are not all of the supplements i need to aid my lucid dreaming like choline bitartrate.
but i want to know if these supplements truly work? if so, how long does it take for them to show some results. because i heard vitamin b-6 can really aid people in there lucid dreaming re-call & maybe some lucidity. I have been using it for about a week & i cant re-call any dreams at all. but for a lot of other people their first lucid dreaming came from vitamin b-6. I also know everyone doesn't have the same body but seriously? what's going on? i need some answers. I'd really appreciate it. but please no comments about it not working. I just want you're theory or anything that could help me in my study. also does 5 - HTP really work also.

First of all, Welcome to DreamViews!! I can't wait to see you here on a daily basics..

But anyways, The supplements should either work that night or night after that (My experience). If I were you, I would take it with a meal (Lunch or Dinner) and let the vitamins and minerals digest in your stomach (3-4 hours) and let your body distribute all the food and put were they need to go. The supplements that you are taking should end up in your bones and brain (Im pretty sure). The ones that go in your brain should help you dream that night! Hope this helps.

NOTE: Im not a expert, but I guarantee the supplements should work.

Supplements may increase vividness and also help you have an ld, but lucidity is generally dependent on lots of factors. For best results aim for consistent sleep schedule, do some RCs during the day, do a WBTB after 4-5hrs of sleep, and practice an induction technique of your choice. That way those supps will work better. Good luck!
