disturbing dream

Ok so I usually don't go online looking for explanations behind a dream unless they really shake me up badly. The other night I unfortunately had a nightmare of a man having sex with a little girl and I woke up feeling very disturbed. I don't know who the man was or who the girl was. I don't think my brain even registered their faces, just the act of it. Why would I have a dream like that without me even entertaining something sick like that when I'm awake?

My take on this is, that we don't dream only about things that we entertain during day. But also about things we would never consider doing. We can dream about anything that we have seen or heard. Mostly things, that leave strong impression on us, either negative or positive.

I don't think this dream of yours means that you would approve of such action.

When I was a kid, I had such a horrible dream that I don't even want to describe it. It involved something that I would never in a million years consider doing in waking life. Who can say what your mind needed to process that caused it to come up with those images?

I have a similar experience with my dream last night.

... i yelled "open fire!" Thr group opened fire and as i was dashing for cover i added "Kill them all! Theyd do the same to us!" I brought up my rifle and started shooting. We shot men women and children....

I found mine distubing also because some of the people we shot werent a threat and there was no point in killing them. One thing i wouldnt do is kill an imnocent person
