      Less Recall when really tired?

      Am I the only one that gets little-to-no recall when i go to sleep really tired? Any way to fix this? I work a lot of hours

      Yes, the number of dreams and the amount of information that I remember depends on how tired I am. If I'm physically exhausted, I won't remember much.
