Weird daydream?

I've been having these 'dreams' a lot and I find it odd. And yes, quotation marks are there 'cause honestly, I dunno what to properly call it. I usually lie down on my bed during the day and daydream. Every so often, I have the exact same 'daydream' without realising. It's of me tripping over a deep, brown puddle that's been dug out of concrete. Every time this happens, I jolt 'awake' (not sure if I fell asleep) and my left leg does a little kick. It's weird because I feel like I'm by the puddle, but at the same time I feel like I'm in bed. And the 'daydream' happens in the span of one second so it's super quick. I'm actually wondering what this experience is as I'm not entirely sure.
