      It has been a while...

Hello, dreamviews, it certainly has been a while. No one probably remembers me, but I am that christian LDer who always comes up with projects and never sees them through. Like, the Dreamcatchers group (both of them), which both went well for a while, and I definately want to bring it back in the future, but, in the meantime, I have to build myself back and better myself. I only had three lucid dreams in 2014, and almost no dreams to remember in that time. I've started to keep a dream journal again, in hopes of sharpening my recall. But, I would like to ask anyone who would care to answer, is there any way to quicker strengthen my dream recall and the repetition of lucid dreams. I'm not a beginner, in fact, years ago, I used to have an 6 LDs a month. So, how to get back to where I was? Thanks.

P.S. Sorry I've been gone. Personal problems, family issues, and conflicting faiths have been taking over my life this past year. They're sorted out now, but still lingering.

I would say the biggest methods for building dream recall (in my opinion) are three: daily dream journaling, daily mindfulness, and WBTB.

The dream journal you know, I am guessing, but it's important to write in it every day at first, especially if you are just getting your recall back. Mindfulness is helpful because if you can transfer that over to your dream life, you will notice more details and feel more "present" in the dream. Finally, at least for me, after a WBTB, I feel like my recall skyrockets. I might have remembered nothing before a WBTB, but remember everything (or at least lots!) afterward. Hope you get back to where you want to be soon. Good luck!

      Cool sig artwork, btw!

EDIT: WBTB doesn't really build dream recall, I suppose, but rather allows you to better take advantage of what dream recall you already possess.

It's getting better with the journal. I even had a very philosophical dream last night that I might post about on here.
