      Question Alternative to DJ

Hey, i was talking to my friend about Dream journaling and he was wondering if you could just go through the dream in your head for a while instead of writing it down. You guys think this would work? It'd be a great alternative for me seeing as i'm a lazy piece of shit.

Yes, you can certainly do that. I don't record much in the night any more, but I do go over my dreams (sometimes many many times) in my head before returning to sleep in order to remember them in the morning (and then I DJ). It is the act of the deep recalling, reaching and reaching and reviewing the memories IMO that strengthens the recall more than the writing itself. But with writing you have the records or so many awesome dreams, I'd personally hate to lose them. This is not necessarily a lazy technique, though, since it does take some effort to review repeatedly.

Ok, thank you. I usually wake up multiple times in the morning before actually getting up, and usually have a dream to write down every time i wake up. I never actually write them though, nor do i ever really think about them, because all i can think about is how much time i have left to sleep. I'll try this act of deep recalling and recording, sounds like the right thing for me. Thank you!
