Uberman 8 is a variation of polyphasic sleep cycle. it consists of 8 chunks of 20 minute sleep in a 24-hour period.
Normal Uberman is already the most feared by the polyphasic-sleep community so I guess this is the harshest model to adapt to.
would a nap-only schedule make me go blank and 0 dreams? would REM rebound kick in more and more?
Will I have "8 chances" a day to lucid dream? i would need a huge sacrifice to adapt to uberman-8. i want to know,if its worth it
