Well, from what I know SA is a mechanical blocking of the respiratory track, which is not the case with me. It's more like my body forget to breathe (I know that I'm ot going to suffocate because my survival instincts would kick in in the end, but it's still scary). I also know that SA causes sleep to be not chaotic and you to feel tired in the morning and sleepy, while my sleep is usually very restful. (I'm not sure I'm being clear here, forgive me, English is not my mother tongue) I have the feeling that it happens only in SP when I'm trying to WILD (when I wake up accidentally in SP, it doesn't happen) |
