      tobacco

Does anyone find that tobacco before they go to sleep ruin your chances?
say having a smoke 20-40 minutes before.

Has anyone ever tried having one during the waking time of a WILD?

most people would agree that smoking ruins your dream recall and is probably bad for wilding.

It doesn't hurt my dream recall one bit. I always smoke minutes before laying down.

A health nut friend of mine would say that smoking decreases the amount of oxygen you can take in, and therefore hinders every single thing you do.
