      I Had A Dream I Would Win 1,000 Dollars....And..

I had a dream 3 days ago. That I would win 1,000 Dollars off a scratch off ticket. I couldn't see the ticket very well, but i could see clearly 1,000 dollars.

Well today. AT my job (I work at a gas station) there was a fellow there who kept buying scratch off tickets. There was a 10 dollar popular ticket left. (it was the last one out of 30.) I kept telling him to buy it, but he said nah.

So finally I am like.. Fine.. I will buy it.. I bought it.... and kid you not, I won a thousand dollars... I scratched the ticket off right in front of him, and you should have seen the look on his face... The only thing I recalled at the moment was my dream.....

What a day it was for me... lol

Just thought I would share with you all... What do you think?

All I can say is to use your Lotto powers for good, not evil!
What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
That your whole life is a lie?
That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

I think I need a loan, like $1000? Sounds good. Interest? What's that? I borrowed what? Nah. Musta been some sort of doppleganger.

OK I can't just post that... You either predicted the future... or you just had a dream and then got lucky. Not to say anything against predicting the future, but the real question is, would you have posted if you had dreamed you won 1000 dollars and not? Lot's of accounts of us predicting the future. I have some too. But in the large number of dreams I've had in my life, only two have come close to prediction. Could just be statistical probability. At least for me. My niece can predict stuff and ... freaky things follow her. She makes me believe in the paranormal. In fact I'm gonna go make a post about that now.

Coincidence - two facts coincide. It proves nothing either way.

Lucky win, though. Good for you.

Once I dreamt about the winning lotto numbers. I woke up but couldn't remember them all so I jotted down the ones I did remember. Well of course instead of rushing off to buy a ticket, I forgot all about it. A few days later I came across my paper and decided to go and look up the numbers for the drawing closest to the date I had my dream. When I pulled them up online, all the numbers I had jotted down corresponded to winning numbers! I looked at the other winning numbers I had missing (I had written down three out of the six I believe) and they seemed familiar. Could they have been the other three numbers from my dream? Hell, I really don't know.

      Congrats on your win!! :-D

Bleh had similiar stuff both in my dreams and in the waking life both sad though.
      Real life;
I watched this clip from a song and this woman died from TB in it.
The day after one of my friends came crying towards me telling her mum got TB...

      Dream;
Uhm I had a movie about thousands of graves, but I was looking at one particular grave..
The day after my auntie (finally) died and got rid of her burdens, she had cancer for over 15 years and she died because of a heart attack, she kidney failure too.

You are one lucky guy x3! I never dream about money T-T!

You ever think the subconscious may have an ability to "forecast" events much in the same manner as the weather is forecasted by meteorologists?

I think it can happen. I don't believe it's divine influence or anything like that. But the subconscious can have real potential to predict the future.

      1.000 Dollars. That's awesome, congratulations.

Predicting it. That makes it twice as awesome.

But I have to third this; Pics or it didn't happen.

      That would be something like
      1. Take picture of ticket, have a paper saying your DV name on it for more conwince level.
      2. Get to computer.
      3. Upload to for example www.imageshack.us
3b. Upload a picture of the 3 day old recorded dream for absolute win.
      4. Post it here for win.

It couldnt be just a coincidence. That would be like 1 in a billion. The odds are actually better that he did in fact predict it.

i don't like the word "coincidence" either.
      but awesome, $1000!
i have many "predictive" dreams. they are more symbolic than anything else. some of them are more than just symbolic.

You would be blown away by some coincidences I witnessed. However, tonight, that guy is going to dream about something, and it's not going to happen. Then, all day long, he's going to think "it would be cool if..." but no, it's not going to happen. So nearly all the time, when there'll be one chance out of a billion chances something happens, it won't happen. And since we dream and think about many, many things, it's entirely possible (it's actually even quite likely) that out of one billion things someone talks about, just one or two of them will actually happen.

It's just the fact that he dreamt about something quite "impressive" (winning 1.000$), but I mean, why not? Especially since he himself chose to "follow" his dream by buying a ticket. In the end, how many chances did he have of winning 1000$ on a ticket? Maybe... I don't know, one chance out of 10.000? It's not THAT unlikely...

If you had not had the dream, would you have still bought the $10 scratch off?????

I had a lucid not long ago and as I was flying somwhere, I looked down and saw my sister in law calling my name. She was standing in front of a daycare with some kids, as if she were working. I ignored her and continued onto my desired destination.
I didn't think anyting of it...........well about a week later she calls and needs a ride to her new job because her truck broke down. Sure enough, she was now working at a day care and it was only her second day on the job. It was a different daycare than in my dream, but it was still a daycare.
I thought it was so weird that I had this dream with her in it a week earlier, I had to tell her. I know she thought I was crazy but I just had to tell her my experiance.
Very odd, but very cool at the same time.

I don't think it would be possible for him to get a picture of it if he already cashed it in.

      hey everyone,

some people wanted me to post pictures of the actual ticket to prove that i won. Quite frankly I cannot post the actual ticket because they take it when you cash it in.

What i can post for you is the tax write off they gave me that states how much i won.
