i dreamed that I was pregnat the frist time I was in walmart and i was standing there n then i felt diffrent and someone came up to me and asked are you pregnat n I was like no n tried to suck it in so i didnt show then i was in the car with my ex-boyfriend and my aunt i was in the back and they were talkin n they were takin me to the hospital for something and i was like why are we going to the hospital and my aunt was like because of what your friend tyler did to you and i was like who what are you talking about but I wasnt like an adult in this dream i was the age I am now I was 15

please help me im so confused is this a sign?
