sleepwalking childhood myths...

(This may be a dumb thing to ask.) I used to be someone who talks in their sleeps. My borther even caught me eating cheesies in my sleep! >.> My old childhood friend was also quite the sleepwalker when she was small. Everyone used to say that if you get woken up while sleepwalking it is dangerous and some people have been paralyzed!! Is it dangerous? I was wandering what could happen. Anyone know what happens if you are woken up sleep walking? Thank you

Ah, from what I know, it is dangerous since you would be shocked, you know, going to sleep in your bed and then waking up in the middle of a pool would be quite shocking <.<

I think thats about as true as dying in your dreams means you die in waking life. Full of crap. I myself mumble things in my sleep, and i found it funny that you ate cheese in your sleep
