      Not completely paralised during sleep?

I've had a non lucid this night and at somepoint, i was yelling at someone in my dream and my girlfriend started complaining because i woke her up (and she woke me up by doing so)...

so basically the stuff i said in my dream came out of my mouth in real life, is this normal, or could it be that my body doesnt diconnect completely from my mind during my dreams?

i had other occurences of this, one where i rolled out of my bed when i was 4 or 5 (cause i was a shooting stufff with a machine gun, laying on the ground and i rolled for cover), another one where i punched in a wall when i was 8 or 9(cause i was punching my brother because he was making my dream boring). pretty often, my girlfriend wakes me up asking if im alright because im moving or mumbling in my sleep...

      anybody thinks this is normal?

Well according to this, it's not a major problem, and it's common.

Normal. It's possible to override sleep paralysis, which is why we have sleep walkers and sleep talkers. Sometimes if I focus too much on moving some part of my body in a dream, I end up moving my physical body as well.
