      ... I feel I have built up a consistent DJ and have plenty of dreams down... Next step?...
      Goals:
      Consistently for two weeks recall at least one dream per night [ ]

      You don't necessarily need dream signs to become lucid, but it is a good way to start. All you really need to do is question reality throughout the day, at random times. Spike your awareness level at these times and really look around, then do a reality check.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
