Hello, I've got a few concerns about WILD. Well, one in particular. If I start trying it, and end up getting into a habit of it, but never actually reach the dreaming state - will I be able to stop the WILD'ing process and actually be able to sleep normally? I've had it before where I've accidentally got to the WILD stage where I start experiencing auditory or visual sensations, but then I just get jolted awake by the falling feeling, and I don't want to suffer that every night. Any advice would be great, thanks. |
