      dreaming = confidence ?

      In my normal dreams, im so much more confident then i am in rl. I talk to heaps to everyone and i dont care what i look like, its like i dont think. Im so happy in my dreams.
      But, when i wake up im so dissapointed it wasnt real and i go back to my normal self

      Why is this ?

      Probably because you over think things in real life. Practice smiling and being cheerful.

      maybe your conscience is hinting you on to try to be a little more comfortable in your skin. haha but really you shouldn't feel bad after waking up from good dreams (is what im assuming your mostly having) you should usually wake up and feel euphoric. dreams could unlock many of things try to take a magnified look in on your dream(plot, attitude, etc.) it will help give you a better perception of yourself.
