While entering into SP, you may hear roaring sounds and feel vibrations in your body. Don't be mistaken that you are entered SP. Compare these sensations to the white noise that we hear while changing stations in a Radio. While you are fine tuned to a station, there is no white sound. So there is a transition occurs in ourself while shifting from Waking station to SP station. This fine tuning can be gained by staying calm and taking long, slow and deliberate breaths.Once you are fine tuned to the SP station, just Open your Mouth and enter into the LD world.

I see. Well, it did feel like that when I got to SP. Everything changed, even my handle on the fibre's of my being changed, but how do you keep your mind awake when you try to get to SP?
