Forgetting How To Breathe?

So last night at 9.20pm I was attempting to Lucid Dream, I had closed my eyes and was regulating my breathing. All of a sudden i forgot and breathing felt entranced my my eyelids.

It was weird, I felt like i was struggling for breathe ( like I was inhaling really fast then really slowly) , but I was fine.

After this I got up and looked at my watch 3 hours had passed. Probably dozed off or something.

Does anyone else find breathing really strange????

I've totally had the same thing!
I went for it to a doctor.
The doc said to me it was all between my ears, that was the point it stopped.

I didn't got it by trying to lucid dream or by such thing, I've had it by thinking of it.
You can go to a doctor for this, or just say to yourself "It's all in my head".
I really thought I had mental problems.
Try to meditate, It'll help.
I think it's just an illusion.

Had something similiar to this while trying to wild, it was like a weight on my chest and then like I didn't get any oxygen through my breathing which make me breath even faster.

I believe its part of getting into sleep paralysis, and no worries it does no harm as far as I know
