      What's a WILD?

I know it's a wake induced lucid dream and I've heard about it so much but I'm confused as to what it is? It seems dangerous and just weird to me like people have scary things happen when they attempt one can anyone explain what it is please?

Basicly, you go from awake to sleeping while being aware of it. Always when you go to sleep, Hypnagogic hallucinations comes. Normally, your just asleep, so you doesnt notice them. When your mind is awake, you experience these. These doesnt have to be scary, some doesnt feel anything at all. They are actually startings to dreams. And they cant in any way hurt you. I recommend you to read some tutorials, since alot of people find this technique helpfull.

      Hope this helps,

Here's what I've read. Its when you trick your mind into thinking that your already asleep so it makes your body fall asleep. When you go to sleep regularly your mind falls asleep first. And when you do the WILD technique your mind falls asleep a second after your body does. This is not dangerous. Your simply going into a dream while your still aware. I've only been able to WILD twice and they were both on accident (I usually wake up during the night (or morning) to goto the bathroom, and sometimes I wake up after a dream.) But I still like DILD's a lot more.
