Basicly, you go from awake to sleeping while being aware of it. Always when you go to sleep, Hypnagogic hallucinations comes. Normally, your just asleep, so you doesnt notice them. When your mind is awake, you experience these. These doesnt have to be scary, some doesnt feel anything at all. They are actually startings to dreams. And they cant in any way hurt you. I recommend you to read some tutorials, since alot of people find this technique helpfull. |
