You could try experimenting. Set your alarm 6 hours after you go to bed, or try 5. When you wake up, think if you've woken up from a dream or not. I usually don't remember anything when i wake up after 6 hours. I've used WBTB for DILD too, it can be effective. I wouldn't say it was a MILD. I just simply had more awareness because i got out of bed. I noticed this when i was trying to WILD, failed and fell asleep. |
