Can you move your physical body in your dreams?

I know it's possible, but is it possible to maybe get out of bed and get back in. Or walk to your fridge and pour yourself a drink haha?

You can train yourself to do just about anything, when it comes to this stuff. Theoretically, it should be impossible. You are supposed to be paralyzed during your dream to keep this kind of thing from happening. In reality, you can push the limits and get some strange results. For example, some people have learned to talk while dreaming. I doubt you could do too much, but it would be a fun experiment.

Last night I woke up with a pen, which usually lies on the night table, in my hand, and another pen scattered on the floor. Also, it once happened to me that my glasses (which I also *always* put on the night table) were on my desk when I woke up in the morning, which is about ~4 steps away from the bed . So the body is quite capable during sleep, though I'm not entirely sure about dreaming/REM sleep. The most extreme that ever happened to me was that I got up, went out of the room and closed the door behind me while sleeping (and also dreaming, I'm not sure though). The thing is that I was on vacation in a hotel, and I had to knock on the the door for about 15min until my brother and sister woke up and let me in again .
Controlling your physical body in your dreams would be cool, though I would probably fear hurting myself. Another problem might be that the body doesn't get much rest then.

Yes, I've heard instances where you can control your movements willingly. Robert Waggoner in Lucid Dreaming: Gateway to the Inner Self says during one instance, he physically was unable to breathe due to a sheet covering his mouth and nose. He claims he was able to pick his arm up and move the sheets down while maintaining lucidity during a dream. If that's true, I don't see why getting up would be impossible. I just want to get it on camera haha, I think that would be awesome.

if this were possible, it could open up an entire new aspect of lucid dreaming

testing the effects of ingesting/smoking all different types of substances WHILE dreaming..and seeing the TRUE changes..that would be amazing
