Please help! I don't know what to do.....

Okay, so the situation I'm about to describe has happened to me many times, so I won't go into detail about each separate dream in which it happens, but I'm really getting frustrated.
I haven't attained lucidity yet, but this has happened a lot.
I'm in a dream, and I'm doing something so ridiculous, that something in my mind clicks and I realize that I'm dreaming. But then I get super excited that I'm becoming lucid and everything starts dissolving. I begin to feel very nauseous and I feel like I get pulled out of the dream by the back of my head.
This has happened too many times. I've tried touching things in the dream, touching my hands, touching my face, closing my eyes (in the dream), and just grabbing on to something and trying not to get pulled out.
What's worse is that when I realize I'm dreaming, I remember all the times this has already happened and I get worried that I'm about to get pulled out....

So, do you guys have any ideas on how so stabilize my dream once I've realized I'm dreaming? Or if anyone has felt this same situation, and what they've done?
      Thank you!

"I'm in a dream, and I'm doing something so ridiculous, that something in my mind clicks and I realize that I'm dreaming." This means you did attain lucidity, regardless of how long the dream lasts for.

Anyway, it seems your excitment is waking you up, so try to calm down first? Or if that doesn't works, you could try to DEILD after waking up.

Don't get excited. That is really all too it. You can do tons of stabilization techniques, but if your body gets a huge rush of energy, such as getting excited, it is going to wake up no matter what. When you realize you are dreaming, stop, try calming down, just focus your next lucid dream on staying lucid, don't try doing anything (however tempting it may be). If you make it for a good 2 minutes, congrats, move on with your next one.

Sounds like you gotten plenty of lucid dreams as Walms said. I agree, try not to get excited, that's probably waking you up.

Lucid dreaming is the exact opposite of being a good lover. Just lie there and do nothing and avoid excitement at all costs! That's pretty funny.

Actually, excitment doesn't wakes you up, but you need to "train" first, thus, people often tell others to calm themselves when first starting.
