Okay, so the situation I'm about to describe has happened to me many times, so I won't go into detail about each separate dream in which it happens, but I'm really getting frustrated. |

Don't get excited. That is really all too it. You can do tons of stabilization techniques, but if your body gets a huge rush of energy, such as getting excited, it is going to wake up no matter what. When you realize you are dreaming, stop, try calming down, just focus your next lucid dream on staying lucid, don't try doing anything (however tempting it may be). If you make it for a good 2 minutes, congrats, move on with your next one. |

Sounds like you gotten plenty of lucid dreams as Walms said. I agree, try not to get excited, that's probably waking you up. |

Lucid dreaming is the exact opposite of being a good lover. Just lie there and do nothing and avoid excitement at all costs! That's pretty funny. |

Actually, excitment doesn't wakes you up, but you need to "train" first, thus, people often tell others to calm themselves when first starting. |
