      Looking for a dreaming partner of sorts (not shared dreaming)

      I'm looking for someone who would like to share correspondence as they progress into their lucid dreams. However, I want this person to be in the same time zone (EDT) as me or have a similar schedule and have a cell phone with texting so I can communicate with them as reliably as possible. One of my reasons for this is so that we can text each other with reminders to reality check, so that it's easier not to lose track. I've found that having someone else as a reliability as well as yourself adds a bit of motive for you to do something, and I want to implement that into my dreaming. That's pretty much it, and if someone else has a better idea then that's fine too. I just had this idea awhile ago and thought I'd give it a shot.

      That sounds like a great idea, I'd be interested in something like that. Although I'm central time, and don't have minutes on my phone. Fail.

      You have the right idea, shared goals. Good luck with it. I don't really have the time, and have got too far ahead of people here, but you can check out my request in the art section for a heads up. You just might find some inspiration in the text.

      I've been into lucid dreaming for a few years, but I haven't been very consistent with it and so I only have them every once in awhile by DILD. I want to re-dedicate myself (and for the past week, I have been! 83 more days of dedication!) to it and achieve some of my goals. After my 90-day experiment is over I'm hoping to get into WILDing, but with school I don't know if I can find the time...

      I'm in school all day, and can't be on the net even by my phone. I don't have internet on it, as it got blocked so I don't run up the phone bills. Thus why I picked texting.
