      EILD - Vibrating Watch

      Im really interested in this.
Has Anyone here used the vibrating watch as an external signal to induce lucid dreams?

I understand that you need proper timing, but if anyone has, could you write your experiences with it?

      Thanks

Tried strapping my iphone to my arm a few times. I only got the timing right once , but the vibration noise was so loud it woke me up. I am going to try again wearing earplugs, or perhaps having the pillow over my head. (If that doesn't work, maybe tying it to my ankle or something would work)

I've tried putting my cellphone on vibrate in my sock. It worked as an alarm, but woke me up too much. I'm way too ticklish on my feet.

The user Nazrax has created his own vibrating watch to use in this way.

      Thread is here:

I can't post links atm, so there is a gap in the url.
