      Flight

      very rarely do i lucid dream but when i do i instantly start flying, this generally is my trigger that i am lucid.. What does this mean, or is this just irrelevant?
      how can i use this to become lucid more?

      you could use as a reality check. try to float up, if you do you're dreaming. unless it doesn't work which is a possibility with all reality checks. But I think the expectation would make it work.

      no, its not irrelevant. Its mean that flying might be one of your dream signs. And you could use dream signs to induce lucid dreams. if you know that your dream sign is flying, and you realize that during a dream, immediately do a reality check. (Y)
