That's kinda cool, I'm guessing this is just like a "dream-lit." You should use this as a dream sign to become lucid. |

Every night I watch TV in my brothers room and usually I get sleepy very soon. So, I turn off TV and just lie down and close my eyes (In attempt to sleep). My brother usually comes home at 1:00-2:00 AM, he spends some time on PC and goes to bed. I know it's not my place to sleep in my brothers room, but I get so sleepy that I can't go back to my room. Short after I lie down, I fall asleep, but not completely. I enter some state that is very close to dream, but I cannot comprehend what is going on. I know that I am in my brothers room and I know that I am awake, at least I believe that I am awake. I feel like I'm trapped in some labyrinth and I cannot get out, sometimes I'm searching parts for something that I believe that will get me out of there and that I will wake up. Whole time I feel my body, so I believe that is what makes me know that I am awake, but my mind is in mess, I'm constantly trying to fight something, I search for something, I try to solve some problems with people. During the process I even use to go to bathroom, and while going to it my mind is still producing those images and stuff so it feels like I am awake and dreaming in same time. |

You go the bathroom in reality whilst simultaneously you have images flashing across your eyes, as if they're superimposed on your vision? |

This is very similar to Hypnagogic Hallucinations, it may even be that. Hypnagogic Hallucinations occur when you are transitioning from your waking state into your sleeping state. |
|
Yes, when I close my eyes I instantly get dragged to my minds madness. |

Sounds like a bizare dream to me. Have you been able to attempt reality checks when you're in this state? |

Hmm, interesting, but then again many people have different experiences with HH. So you say that there was a part of you sleep, a part sleeping, and a part jumping on platforms? Seems like your consciousness was fragmented, this "consciousness fragmentation" has been reported by a person who did LSD. It could be similar to that. |

I'm totally out of control in changing the course of images. And yeah, "consciousness fragmentation" would be the closest word to describe my state. Well, I'm going to see what is going to happen tonight. |

I love that feeling. I get it when I nap on the couch with people around. It is a messy mash-up of false awakenings, sleep paralysis, and dreams. Crazy stuff. |
