      Adjusting to the Uberman sleep schedule

      Just a very interesting post I stumbled upon. May be useful for some of the more hardcore LDers. Reported to make dreams more vivid.

      I will start University on September 2011, and I've been considering adopting the Uberman schedule in order to have time for studying and sleeping, however I'm thinking on modifying the schedule a little bit. Also, I don't know if I would be willing to use this sleep schedule just for LD purposes.
