      I don't like being a passive observer

Hi guys me again, im having trouble again.
This problem is kinda annoying and pissing me off so much that i find it funny lol.
I have reocurring dreams of an anime called "One piece" for the past 2-3 weeks (hope yall know it). It would be random scenes of characters doing w/e like fighting etc.
But the trouble is that im watching it, observing.
I had at least 8 dreams related to it

How am i suppose to wake myself up if i dont even exist in the dream, no connection to it. Its exactly like watching the anime itself on my monitor.

It's not even one piece, sometimes it happen in my other dreams also (i know ya'll know what i mean).
Any tips on how to stop this dream? I have a lot of these type of dream lately.
(dont tell me to stop watching/reading it lol, one piece influence my life a lot)

What's wrong with those dreams? You like One Piece and you dream of it, pretty good! =)

The only way to stop having them, is to stop watching One Piece. Start enjoying them, seeing them as new adventures that you're a part of, or quit watching the anime. Simple as that. As for the "movie like dreams" I'm not sure what you should do. Try to get lucid and you'll regain control. Or just enjoy them. You don't get hurt or anything like that if you're just an observer. Right?

*EDIT* Also I changed the topic of the thread to a more fitting one.

      No just dreams.
Im just an observer of the dream thats going on(it would be weird if i were a character in the anime world).
I feel that it's impossible to awaken myself with reality check becausse of that, and it's hard to notice my surrounding carefully, because i would get character close up and camera angle changes every seconds, like as i said, im in an anime world.

But gah, im a drawer (mana), and plan to go to art school in a few years, and love anime (one piece mostly). Guess i have to calm down about it and stop watching it to stop these cinematic dreams =/. Oh well.

Try to make a dream sign out of it. Use auto-suggestions to tell yourself that you'll become lucid when you see one piece. Reality check while watching the anime.

Once you're lucid you'll hopefully be able to change the setting of the dream.

Yea that's the first thing i did after it happened 3 times, but it doesn't seem to work for me no matter how hard i prepare myself for it. I guess it's my fault i guess (im still a beginner).
      Have you ever done auto-suggestion?

Yeah, it might take some time for it to kick in.

Reassure yourself that they next time you see one piece you'll know that you're dreaming. When you wake up in the middle of the night, get up, drink, go back to bed and repeat the same mantra.

Next time this happens and you become lucid, try doing this. Look at your hands with the expectation that your hands are there, once successful, extend this to your whole body and get into the dream.

If that does not work, try "jumping" into the dream.

      good luck.
