New Year's Resolutions 2011

Any New Year's resolutions (relevant to lucid dreaming)? And also, how best to keep them and stay motivated? Discuss. Mine: 1. Write in DJ every day, even if only to say "no dreams" 2. Write in waking journal more, at least twice per week 3. Attempt task of the month, every month 4. Keep a more regular sleep schedule

Try to keep Lucid Dreaming all year long without losing interest and taking a break.

1) Start working out again, 3 or more days a week. 2) Focus more on my art and music. 3) Get the HELL out of my dead-end telemarketing job. 4) Make more $ 5) Continue not smoking cigarettes (January 1st will officially be 365 days since my last one! )

Congratulations Oneironaut!! 1. Have at least 5 lucid dreams a month 2. Have a dream almost every night. 3. Write in dream journal. (Only wrote on it once, but still improving recall.) 4. Do something impossible in dreams. (Only did stuff that I can do now in dreams.)

Jobs arent easy to find these days... Oh, believe me. I know. I've been looking for quite some time. I'm in for some hard times, I'm sure, but I'm still looking. If nothing else, I'm just glad to be out of that Hellhole. If things get too bad, I can still do some freelance art or mix-tape making, to make a few bucks to get by on. But yeah, the job market (especially here in Central Florida) is about the worst it's ever been. ....But oh well...

1. Maintain interest in Lucid Dreaming 2. Have an LD lasting over 10 minutes 3. Have at least 12 Lucid Dreams 4. Improve my dream recall (currently around 1 dream, 1 fragment a night) 5. Practice MILD every day
