      Rumbling sensation.

I've seen that a lot of people (including myself) seem to feel a rumbling sensation when going to sleep, and then end up having a lucid dream. Does anyone know why this happens, and is it a sure sign that you are going to have a lucid dream that night?

Um what you are experiencing is most likely vibrations from sleep paralysis. If you read WILD tutorials you will see that described quite often. It is a strange sensation but it doesn't sound like you are bothered by it that is good.

Yeah, I think it's pretty cool. Although I've never even tried moving while it's occurring, so haven't been scared of the fact that I was paralysed. Thanks for the information.
