      I can lucid dream, but I'm not as good as I could be. Any advice?

      I have been keeping a dream journal (online and offline) for a few consecutive months, and for years off and on. I do reality checks somewhat regularly during the day, mostly when I encounter dream signs.

      I have about 1 lucid dream every 2-4 weeks as it is. Before I got too busy with college and got out of practice, I was having up to a couple of lucid dreams each week.

      Does anyone have any advice for getting back to and surpassing my old abilities? Is it time to find a dream guide, learn WILD, or what?

      Taking naps can help. They give me a lot of odd dreams at least and higher chance of LDs.
