A while back ( '09 days ) I started trying to lucid dream, I went 2 weeks following the program ( albiet laxly. ) and had results starting to show, but I quit. I have absorbed and remembered much information regarding dream control and WILDs,DILDs,and even MILDs, and I think almost every night I realize vaguely that I am dreaming, and in some dreams when I am still in my dreaming mind I can command things to happen or snap my fingers and whatever I command instantly happens without any transition it just goes POP like, " night, turn to day! " POP it's day and everything is still in it's exact same place. my trouble is finding my dream signs, my dreams seem to be completely different every night... any ideas on how to get back into LDing quickly?? |

Lucid dreaming goals:
Fly( )Tame a recurring wolf that has been in about 10 different dreams/nightmares ( ) Fly on a Night Fury from HTTYD ( ) Ask my subconscious why I have so many nightmares ( )
Fight agent Smith ( )Ride a huge spider to a battle against a beenest ( )
Face all of my nightmare creatures and beat them ( ) Be a god ( )
There's no easy way to get back in, it's going to take the practice and dedication that you once had. Just keep working at it and you will get it eventually. |

You should get back into things pretty quickly. I know what you mean about lucid dreaming permanently changing your dreams. Even when I'm not actively dreaming, I still just assume I have control of my dreams. It seems like it has just become habit. I even took a few years off, and my dream control remained. |

There are several tutorials you can read to help you get back on track, including the Reality Check Tutorial, the Dream Recall Tutorial, and the DILD Tutorial. You can also read the Dream Control Tutorial to get back in tune with control, too, if you would like. |
