Wink Another (sort of) lucid dream.

I had another lucid dream last night Although again it was extremely short

Im not sure if I was fully lucid but I was at least part lucid.

      So what I remember:

I am in my house, swimming through it... 1 thing though, there is no water. So I'm swimming through the air. I land and walk out of my back door. I had been lucid up to here, but it was here when I said to myself "Im really in bed at the moment". I then walked out the door and outside. It was night and I walked onto the grass, and as it would be at night, the grass was cold and moist. I must have been in bare feet. I then decided to lay down (again, a concious decision so I must have been lucid). As I was lying down I again thought about the damp grass.

Thats all I remember. Not sure if I just slipped out of lucidity, but I think I was woken up as I seem to remember coming straight out of my dream into reality.

The reason I sort of doubt the lucidity is because I didnt really do anything cool

I didnt do any prep other than thinking about lucid dreams for a bit before I fell asleep. So I guess it was a DILD.

Hope I have more and they are more fun and interesting, and ultimately LONGER!

If you knew you were dreaming, it was a lucid. Sometimes we're still a bit lost in the head, and you don't have to be able to think 100% clearly for it to be a lucid. You could scale the lucid dreams if you like, 1 being a very weak one with zero control, and a 5 which would have real life "graphics" and ultimate control.

Set up a goal and you'll do it next time you turn lucid, otherwise it's common to just wander. We need something to do in the dreams or they will most likely end. Also, lying down isn't a great idea, you probably woke yourself up by doing that Keep on dreaming!

As soon as you doubt about reality, try to do a reality check. Then stabilize the dream.
Oh and congratulation for this lucid dream!!!

That sounds like a fantastic dream. Sometimes the emotions and sensations from the simple things can be more satisfying than anything else.
