Thread: I was tricked!

This morning while dreaming I knew I was dreaming and became lucid. I told the people who were around that I was dreaming and they all called me an idiot and convinced me that I was awake.

Furthermore I had a false awakening into the same setting, told everyone about my dream, went on with my day as normal, then I actually woke up. I think O.o

Of course they will tell you your awake, sillyhead, the people around you in a dream are no indicator of if you are dreaming or not, and your silly for letting DCs fool you into thinking you were awake after you confirmed you were dreaming, just don't get fooled again, THEY ALL CONSPIRE TO KEEP YOU IGNORANT!!

Don't listen to him; us DCs know what's best for you. When we tell you you're awake, you're definitely awake.

Like here, this very moment.

Happened to me the first time. I now think that if It happens to me again, I'll make sure I'm dreaming by doing a couple of RC's. Also, try doing simple things to convince yourself you are dreaming. An example. Jump, and see how long it takes you to come back down to earth. Try jumping each time higher, this couls make fly.
It happens to me that I'm not 100% sure I'm dreaming, although I see I have 6 fingers. I've gone lucid 3 times, 2 of which I lost lucidity for the same thing that happened to you.
