      WILD help

      Can anyone give me some idea's for relaxation excercises when attempting to WILD? I have been trying to wild the last few nights using wbtb but i never get any results.
      Current task : Have one lucid dream within next 3 weeks.

      Be wary when trying to sway your dreams too far to one side or the other...remember sometimes even in a WILD dream you can go too far and push the limits of your boundaries and then wake up...

      Relaxation exercises can include: Meditation or Prayer. Remember...If your first lucid dream task is to really do that girl in your sig, you need to figure out a way to "focus" on her...not only in your conscious mind but your subconscious as well. The subconscious one is the key. Your mind is a powerful tool if you can store things in your subconscious and break them out as needed.

      Remember...let the girl come to you. Dont try and force anything on her unless she asks for it. Otherwise you might wake up.

      Icy's focal task for you::: sit still and relax, focus on the girl in your sig in both your conscious and subconscious...

      Get out of your bed, stretch your arms, legs, neck, SHOULDERS AND JAW. Last two are very important. Than go to bed and count your heart beat. Every ten beats relax one of your body parts. Roll your eyes to relax them too. Do not EVER forget about trhe jaw thou.
      My opinion:
      *Lucid Dreams, OBEs, Astral Projections are one and the same.
      *There are no levels of lucidity. Quality changes if you apply some deepening.
      *Lucid Dreams do not last more than 20 minutes.
      *Wolves are beautiful.

      Relax with Andrew Johnson is a damned good iphone/ipod touch app you can try free or buy for 3 bucks...well worth the money imo.
