      Having a bit of trouble......

      Well since I have come back I have had 1 lucid (On accident). But my recall has been awful, and I can't seem to ever enter SP.
      I understand you don't have to enter SP, but I truly would like to be able to.
      I have no guidence for doing a WILD. I mean I don't what is a "vibration" and what is numbness, whether I should listen to my breathe or watch my thoughts...it's so over whelming, but I am truly still pumped for lucid dreaming.
      Lucid dream goals:
      1. Get into SP /Check
      2. have a long LD
      3: Fly
      4: Have some epic battles with my childhood heroes and villians (DBZ)

      Try reading BillyBob's WILDing tutorial, it has a really good section about consciousness anchors.

      Well, last night I again didn't remember a dream. But I did wake up, got out of bed for about 10 - 18 minutes, went back to bed after awhile I started to fade then I felt these pulses of numbness, they started from my middle back then pulsed out to my stomach then the numbness faded, then pulsed again.

      this is twice now I have expierenced these, but what are they? And are they signals that I am entering SP?
