      Dazed confused... Hmm

      So yesterday I went to sleep, but I remember slipping into sleep mode, and then like all these random thoughts poured in my head, and I began to let it go and I heard a rushing noise for like 1 second then once I heard it, I came back in focus and lost it??

      Yeah, it sounds like you were slipping into SP (sleep paralysis). Check out "WILD" in the tutorial section and see if any of that sounds familiar.

      Nothing to be concerned about, it happens to everyone, though normally once you get to this stage you're mind has become passive enough to forget it. Personally, I love and hate this stage of sleep. Most of the time I slip right through it, but when my mind is active enough to remember my thoughts (at least momentarily), I have some of the strangest thoughts and thinking patterns ever.. to the point where I scare myself. I feel like I'm going mad, but at the same time I feel like a right-brained genius!
