      Exclamation Questions about MILD.

Ok so i am on a quest for lucidity, like most of you and i have been trying to WILD ALOT and with no success, so i may just try out the MILD technique i keep a dream journal on and off and pretty much never remember my dreams, so i think i am going to start writing in it every day. So i have a question about MILD's
If i keep a dream journal everyday and record something, how long usually until i can remember a dream daily?

It really depends on the person. There's no set time in which you will have good recall. For me it took a week of dream journaling until I was able to remember 2-3 dreams a night. There are a lot of people that struggle with it though. WBTB can help with recall. Also when you wake up try to recall the dreams immediately with as little motion as possible. I'll occasionally have nights where I wake up and don't recall any dreams. But after 5-10 minutes of trying I'll eventually remember a dream fragment which will lead to most of the dream, which will lead to other dreams. If you don't remember dreams right off the bat keep trying; you may be surprised what one little memory can lead to.
