Hey this was my first lucid since i started trying to Lucid dream, i also stopped doing RC's and DJ's i just recalled every morning for a week and for some reason i had a LD.

So im lucid but i dont have much dream controll.
Im standing infront of a huge pool with lots of stuff in it. [I realise im in a dream now]
I look into the pool and i hear a voice telling me to go in and find the chest. So i dive in and the waters freezing, i yell out for it to be hotter then its to hot. finally i ask to turn it down a tad and it becomes just right. I start diving down expecting to have to come back up for air but i didnt need to breathe! so after awhile i decided this was stupid and i wanted to fly away. thats when the dream fell apart.
But amazingly i remained lucid!
For some reason im in my parents room so i look in there closet and i see all this chocolate(?) so i pick one up when i see three multi colored spiders there they look dangerous so i slam the door shut. Then i see the door getting hit from the side the spiders are on. [Im not to worried i realise its a dream i just dont have Dream Controll] so i run down stairs to my room and see my parents [DCs] on the way. While in my room a spider slips under my door so i throw a golf ball at it and it dies. [This carries on for like 5 minutes with different items always hitting the spiders] i get fed up so i run up to my living room and my dad [DC] is literally sitting infront of the TV and looks abit zombified so i assume he was bit by a spider. My moms fine. She asks if i want to see the movie "Wolf Man" wich ive already seen. She turns the preview on and all of a sudden im in the movie. Thats when the dream starts to fall apart i try rubbing my hands and spinning but no luck. As i quickly see other dreams flash around me i wake up amazed that i just really had a lucid!

So my questions are:
- Is this good for a first LD
-Is there any exercises/tricks to use for better dream control
-And it would be nice to read your input for my LD please
Thank you for taking the time to read this!
