Im totally new to the concept of Lucid Dreaming and after learning more about it, However I am not new to the experience, On the contrary Im very used to it, I get it very often. Since a few years back I've allways known when I dream after one a couple years back where I could not get out of the dream but was stuck in it, So i figured, If i feel pain i should wake up, I was wrong, Ran up to a person told them to punch me in the face which they did, And that pain was feelt.

After learning about Lucid Dreaming. Its ruined it for me.
Ive incoporated Reality Checks. Now Ive read hours and hours about LD's the past 2 days. Before I just knew by feeling that I was dreaming was unaware of the concept of LD's, In which way I put myself into the emotional state of how it feelt when i first flew to fly again.

Tonight I vagely remember getting into a Lucid Dream where I did running flying etc. But toward the end I had several False Awakenings (about 4 in a row) Thing is that i then used reality checks, checking my cellphone what time it was. First time i checked it said 00:07, second time i Checked(directly afterwards) It was 00:03, And in that moment I dont really know how to describe it. It was like i was hit by a tremendous energy spike(Found it extremly pleasent, It was like Euforia is the best way i can describe it). And I feelt it rushing and filling up my body in an instance, But then I was thrown back into another False Awakening. As if at the end of that spike it body slammed me back into bed, and into another FA.

Now Ive considered it to be excitment, But when it happens ive never feelt so calm.

Is there anything I can do?
